Concerns Related to Working in a Small Satellite Office

I’m interviewing for a position at a VERY small satellite office of a national firm. There are a total of 12 or so people in the office. My current position is in the biggest office of a different national firm. The support staff in my current office is amazing, we generate most of our own business, and there are lots of perks. Both are v100 firms.
What concerns, if any, should I have about making this kind of move? What questions are important for me to ask?
If anyone has made a move like this, what were the major differences going from a very large office to a really small office?

A few negatives: 1) limited partnership prospects, especially if you're in a secondary market where generating a substantial book of business is difficult; 2) going off of that, ability to generate business - you don't want to be a position where you're relying on the larger offices to funnel work down to you; and 3) if the office is so small, a couple of toxic people are going to make it a very miserable place to work. At least in a larger office, you can take steps to avoid toxic colleagues and seek out people who are normal.
Why are you considering leaving your current firm? From what you've shared, it sounds like you have a good thing going with your current job (especially support staff).

The length of my commute and cost of living make working at my current firm unsustainable. I also have other gripes not related to any of the things I posted—how cases are staffed, quality of opportunities, etc.
