Top Law Schools

Interviewing with Kirkland for a midlevel position, which is only like two years out of partnership for the firm (a majority of the 120+ recent promotions seem to be 6 years out). I know that people have stated that the first two years of nonequity partnership is essentially 7th and 8th year salary at the Cravath scale (maybe slightly more), but does anyone have any information regarding the bonus structure for nonequity partners? I’m assuming they still get bonuses (or else it wouldn’t be attractive).
