Too Late to Apply once Callbacks Start?

I know of a large law firm who is hiring at one of its satellite offices, but has already passed the screener phase and is now hosting callbacks. Would you say that it's too late to apply at this point? The job is still posted on the firm website for what it's worth.

There is literally no harm in applying. Just apply, hope for the best and see what happens.
