How much is the firm struggling? I recently interviewed there and the people seemed nice but is it risky to go to the firm? Saw that it’s no longer an Am Law 100 firm and has had decreasing revenues for a few years now along with many partner defections.
Am I setting myself up for failure by going there instead of staying put in my midsize firm?
Also, I know the scale starts at 180k, but does anyone know if it’s on the full 180k scale?
