Fully Funded LLM abroad?

Post by Anonymous User » Sun Oct 07, 2018 11:58 am

If you had the chance to spend a year abroad getting an LLM (fully funded, including housing and living stipend), would you?

Life is short, and my law school debt is paid.

Personally, no, because there'd still be the "cost" of lost wages during that year, and the issue of trying to find a job upon returning Stateside (which may be complicated by having to explain the foreign LL.M.). But I also started law school relatively late. If you're in your late 20s, single (or your SO approves), debt-free... why not?
