Personally, no, because there'd still be the "cost" of lost wages during that year, and the issue of trying to find a job upon returning Stateside (which may be complicated by having to explain the foreign LL.M.). But I also started law school relatively late. If you're in your late 20s, single (or your SO approves), debt-free... why not?
