I have an offer to lateral into Florida. Has anyone here lateralled into Fl? How did the firm handle the lateral in ref to time off for the bar, etc? How long does it take to study for the Fl bar and much time did the firm provide for studying? Whatever else you can add is appreciated.

Firms differ. My firm offered 2 weeks paid off and 1 week unpaid. You get a $5000 bonus once you pass.

I will find out if I passed on Monday, but I think it’s possible to study 3 weeks and pass.
