Salary for entry level associate in Tampa?

As I interview for associate positions, what is a fair number to put out there if someone asks me what salary I want? I know larger/mid level firms usually start around $120 K or so, but what about a smaller boutique firm of say 20 attorneys or so? I don't want to be laughed out of the room, but don't want to sell myself short either. Would $100k be too high/low?

I thought a lot of the larger firms pay 145k in Tampa now (after Miami/FTL moved to 160).
A 20 person shop probably is around 70-110, though.

Aside from H&K (I presume), what other firms in Tampa pay 145k?

Foley, GT, Akerman, Carlton Fields? I could be wrong. I work at one of the aforementioned firms and I could’ve sworn the Tampa office was 145k now.
