Interested in transactional/corporate. Looking for best culture, not as concerned with prestige!

Best culture is probably Willkie, but Latham is the superior firm in corporate practice and the somewhat obvious choice. It’s not just prestige (i.e., the unscientific, signaling-based and largely unsubstantiated impressions of second year law students) - Latham has a stronger and more well rounded corporate practice and would be the better place to work long term.

If by "long term," you mean becoming a partner, that may be untrue. I know of a Latham location at which no member of its recruited associates class received a partnership offer. They are all gone.
