Is antitrust becoming more prevalent among firms in recent years? Even outside DC/NY (think Atlanta/TX/Chicago/Boston) it seems like top firms are building up some kind of antitrust practice or other. What's fueling this trend? Would it be a hot area to get into?

Yes - I think because government enforcement (especially DOJ criminal stuff) is increasing recently, fueling companies to grab lawyers to protect them (or just have companies merging wanting to make sure the DOJ/FTC doesn't block the merger).
