let's put it this way--it's not ideal, but every day you wait it gets even worse. on the bright side, though, my school only just finished oci and I know upperclassmen who have been successful massmailing after they struck out of oci, so that probably means you could also be successful emailing around now as well. good luck.

Thirded. Even a tiny chance is better than no chance at all, and no chance at all is what OP will have if s/he fails to mass mail.
