Is it too late to begin mass mailing as a 2L?
Has anyone had success with v100 firms mailing this late?

let's put it this way--it's not ideal, but every day you wait it gets even worse. on the bright side, though, my school only just finished oci and I know upperclassmen who have been successful massmailing after they struck out of oci, so that probably means you could also be successful emailing around now as well. good luck.
