Is there anyone who has done a cb with or got an offer from international offices, particularly in Asia (HK, Singapore, etc.)?

Just so that you know, A&O HK non-offered someone in recent years.Anonymous User wrote:Anyone heard back from A&O Hong Kong/Singapore? Did a screener for them early-Aug and HR guy told me last week they are still reviewing profiles...

Congrats! Different anon here. Do you plan to accept the offer? I got an offer from DPW HK but am quite concerned about the market in HK, cause I heard HK offices are very focused on IPOs.Anonymous User wrote:Yes, I am native speaker. There was actually a Chinese oral & writing test after the CB.
Would you guys mind sharing how the recruitment process works? Did you go through your school's OCI or contact the local office directly? Thanks!Anonymous User wrote:Congrats! Different anon here. Email application in late-June/early-July. They will schedule screener and CB. Skadden moved fast. DPW was much slower.Anonymous User wrote:Would you guys mind sharing how the recruitment process works? Did you go through your school's OCI or contact the local office directly? I'm curious -- how do international callbacks work? Do you skype with Asia or go to the NY office and meet people who work on Asia matters...?Anonymous User wrote:I know people who did callback Mid-August and did not hear back.Anonymous User wrote:Any Linklaters HK?
