Should I give up?

I had my CB interview with Skadden a week ago and with Ropes & Gray last Wednesday. Both for the Boston offices. I have yet to either receive an offer from either but haven’t been dinged yet either. Should I just give up on the idea of an offer from either? Skadden told me they’d move quickly and I would think Ropes would be the same...
