Non-Lockstep Salary Scale Approximation

I'm looking at a few secondary/tertiary market firms with salaries starting in the $130-140k range (ex: Dorsey & Whitney, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Husch Blackwell, etc.). While these firms aren't lockstep and will likely vary a bit in terms of raises, what sort of an increase could I expect to receive each year? 5-10k annually? Any insight folks can share would be appreciated!
