Following up after hospitality suites?

Not thinking of doing this with all of the hospitality suites I went to, but I had lengthy conversations with two attorneys (different offices) in a suite I went to and am very interested in the firm. Is it overkill to follow-up with a thank you?

Depends in part on whether the attorney in suite was an associate or partner.
If an associate: if you didn't have a screener interview but are still interested in the firm, sure, reach out; If you already had a screener, just wait. The associate doesn't have much say, and would have passed along their thoughts to HR.
If a partner: they might have more sway to get you a CB if your screener went poorly; maybe reach out.

I don’t think it’s overkill - but can’t see it helping much unless you had a very good conversation. But definitely not overkill. It’s safe to do. I can’t see any negatives.
