Dallas Lit Shops for Substantive Experience?

Currently a junior general lit associate in the Dallas office of a biglaw firm. Getting disheartened at lack of prospects for courtroom opportunities. Firm rarely goes to trial, and I see more senior people who haven't had courtroom experiences yet. Could easily see myself being a fifth year who's great at running discovery and managing workflow, but who hasn't really added many other skills to the lawyer toolkit. What firms in Dallas tend to go to trial often and/or are known for giving substantive responsibilities to associates?

Maybe McKool? Aren't they known as a quasi-boutique? Also, probably Brewer's, but they have a reputation for a terrible culture.
