Anyone know anything about this firm, specifically what their compensation and hours look like? I haven't found much recent information online.

As far as hours, most of the people I know there are home every night, though I imagine there is the occasional all-nighter. Be careful about bidding in OCI though, last year they took almost everyone pre-OCI and their entire OCI interview process was a sham.
