White & Case Miami

How do their bonuses compare to the likes of GT and HK?

Curious if they discount it since 14k higher on base (174 vs. 160).

From what I understand, HK and GT pay lower bonuses than W&C in Miami. I heard that bonuses at GT for mid level associates is like 20k (with like a 180 base).

W&C can afford the higher salary + bonus because they only have like 25 associates or something in Florida. HK and GT have tons of associates in south Florida, so they don’t want to pay near market there.

Other firms (MWE, Boies, to name a few) pay significantly more in Miami as well.

What is the bonus requirement for W&C Miami? Any idea of their M&A practice v. GT Miami/H&K Miami?

GT's bonus is pretty shitty and blackbox / hidden until you get your low 4 figure bonus check.

Miami firms pay nothing. You’re better off going to a firm that pays near market.
