I'm a recent grad T20 sub-50% of the class with no post-grad law experience. I'm considering taking a 1-year non-permanent position with a state's charity enforcement/fraud division.
I've looked around for info and am still not sure whether the experience there will be transportable or marketable to other public interest or government work. I'd like it to be.
I haven't gotten any hits in my job search and I feel like I might need to take this position even if it's a "dead-end" regardless just to get some work experience on my resume. But if charity enforcement is something public interest organizations dislike then I'd probably prefer not to take this position?
