Accepted an offer for unpaid summer intern with USAO-EDNY civil. Sent cursory identifying info, was told I would receive e-QIP one week later, thus far have received nothing.

I have a small amount of delinquent debt (~$800), which I have been paying off. No other potentially disqualifying conditions.

Has anyone else experienced a delay? Should I be freaking out/jumping ship/begging for employment elsewhere?

Don't freak out. The e-quip process is awful, and takes a long time on every end. They are probably waiting to hear from someone on the other end before sending it to you.
