Recently came back from a clerkship to NYC biglaw and am really not loving it. Currently a midlevel. Would really like to move but curious what to do about the clerkship bonus clawback issue. Do others have experience? Are firms willing to pay off the bonus to hire you?

Also, any recommendations on recruiters?
