Those IP boutiques(oblon, oliff, bstz, ...) that provide a short path for non-equity partners, how much do these non-equity partners get paid? How do they compare with same class year in big law? Any idea?

I worked at an IP boutique with a short path and the junior partners earned in the $250k-$500k range but worked significantly fewer hours than big firms. Their compensation was basically tied to productivity and whether they bought equity in the firm.

Also, BSTZ doesn't exist anymore. It merged with a general practice firm.
