Hi guys, apologize if this is in the wrong thread.

I’ve heard we only get two tickets for the swearing in ceremony, and my wife and parents don’t really get along, so asking one parent to not come would be pretty awkward. Is there anyway to ask/get a third ticket?

Has anyone had success either asking the court or on here to get a third ticket? Would be willing to pay if necessary.

Which jurisdiction? Which department? You know there are multiple oath ceremonies on multiple dates, right?

Sorry I was just asking generally if people had done it, what process they went through. NY, 1st department, April.

My friend and I were told that we'd be sworn-in on the same day (NY 1st Dept.), so we used our tickets to invite our entire mutual friend group, thinking we could take pics together. Turns out, we're getting sworn-in at different times
