Billing Realization Rate

Just found out my first year billing realization rate (% of billables actually billed out to clients). Mine was 82%, which seems extremely low. Does anyone else know theirs or know what is normal for first year?

That sounds normal for a first year at my firm. Some times time needs to be written off and its the lowest person on the totem pole whose time is written off.
