Meeting a few partners then having lunch as a first interview?

Hey guys. Have kind of a weird situation (at least one I have not seen personally before) and wanted some thoughts/advice.
I basically applied for a job I am not qualified for because it did not say experience in this area was mandatory, just ideal. Ended up talking to the recruiter. She liked me and said she’d push my resume through and that she thinks if I get in a room with the hiring partners I have a great shot. A few weeks later she asks me if I want to meet with them, obviously I say yes. Recruiter says they want me to meet some of them at the office then a few partners will take me to lunch.
Normally I’ve heard of lunch interviews as the second interview. What should I be thinking about here? Is it good that they want to take me to lunch already or might they just do things differently? I think the recruiter sold them hard on me so I am hoping they are just doing a personality/fit check and looking to make sure I am someone they’d want on their team.
Any tips or things to keep it in mind? Thanks.
