Are you in labor and employment? if so, the compensation structure for people with 0-3 years of experience is 90k base, with the ability to make up to 150k after bonuses, depending on how many hours you bill above a certain number. No guaranteed pay bumps tho, but I think they adjust how the bonuses work. Not sure what the arrangement is for folks outside L&E. They give their staff attorneys the same training opportunities as associates and list their staff attorneys as associates on their web site, which is very nice. Overall I have heard great things about their staff attorney program.Anonymous User wrote:Anyone have any information on this position.
