depending on whether you're a litigation or transactional staff attorney and your year, the salary will range anywhere from $80k - $120k for first year staff attorneys. As to the firm in particular I'm not sure, but it'll be somewhere in that range.

Are you in labor and employment? if so, the compensation structure for people with 0-3 years of experience is 90k base, with the ability to make up to 150k after bonuses, depending on how many hours you bill above a certain number. No guaranteed pay bumps tho, but I think they adjust how the bonuses work. Not sure what the arrangement is for folks outside L&E. They give their staff attorneys the same training opportunities as associates and list their staff attorneys as associates on their web site, which is very nice. Overall I have heard great things about their staff attorney program.
