Starting job at PI law firm tomorrow, any advice for starting

She said I would be drafting motions etc. plaintiff's firm and can't appear in court yet until I'm officially admitted to the bar (still pending, taking UBE in February). It's part-time to start because of the bar exam, but don't have much experience writing motions. Just wanted some tips before tomorrow, thank you!

Take a note pad with you where ever you go. Don't over-extend yourself - get your work done and turned in on time, but make sure it's quality work. The firm should have exemplars of what they expect. Ask questions about an assignment if you don't understand it, or find yourself going off on a tangent.
