Grades Taking a Hit Right Before SA, Should I be Scared?

Hi,
I transfered from a T100 to a T30 after first year. Got a 3.85 after first year at new school (top 10ish%), had 20 OCI interviews, 2 calls backs, and 1 offer. Just had a 3.2 semester and GPA is now 3.6, how worried should I be about getting no-offered by firm? How far would grades have to drop?
Thanks!

You transferred after your 1L year, so your 3.85 is for your 2L year? And you are currently a 3L?
Or did you repeat 1L? Sorry your post is confusing.

If you're currently a 3L, there's no SA, right? You have to study for the bar this summer.
If you're a 3L who already has an offer in hand, no need to worry at all. I don't think 2Ls with grade drops need to worry either (unless it's 3.8 -> 2.8 ), but they're not as secure as a 3L because they don't have a full time offer.
