TLS Hive Mind please enlighten me with your vast wisdom and snark:

Fifth-ish year attorney with decent general lit experience and a district court clerkship. Undergrad B.S. in business from east coast state school. T-20 law school. Goal - reasonable hours, reasonable pay, and doing something I enjoy.

I am currently in a major east-coast market, but would like to relocate to Denver and potentially change career tracks. I am thinking real estate development because I am interested in real estate and enjoy property law. I have litigated maybe 3 property/construction cases and I don't see that as enough experience to get an assistant GC job or the like at a development firm - even more so in a new market. So, I am starting to research where else I could fit/break into the development space. Any information on the real estate development career track and thoughts on where I could up-sell my skills would be appreciated.

Thanks!
