I got an interview with Pfizer on 1/25, dinged last Friday.

I am an EJW candidate, and last week I got an offer for another fellowship (AmeriCorps) that is 1 year but can be extended two additional terms. Should I take it and run or wait it out until the EJW application cycle concludes? I don't want to burn bridges with my host org.
