Lateralling to Minneapolis/St. Paul?

Is anyone familiar with lateralling to the Twin Cities? I’m in a secondary market right now and am thinking of trying to land a job there in a year or two for family and personal reasons.
Doing corporate lit at a firm but will be clerking next year. I’m plenty familiar with the region, but not with the legal market (other than basic searching around TLS).
Is anyone familiar with what firms/employers look for there? Best time to lateral? Basically, I’m just trying to sort out whether or not I have a chance of lateralling there and what the process looks like, so I’m willing to share more info via PM if you can help.
