How to find true offer rate if office not on NALP

Hey guys,
Does anyone know how I can find the true offer rate of my firm if this specific office isn't on NALP? I go to a T2 so our career development office isn't stacked with info. It's a v100 firm. Thanks all!

True offer rate as is how many cold offers were also given?

My understanding is that there's really not another way to do so. I probably wouldn't ask, either (at least not until you've started at the firm as a summer associate and scope the vibe of the place).

Your best bet is to talk to people who summered there this year and ask. Firms are cold offering a lot more recently, so its a legit concern.

You're not going to find out. Also you can't fully trust the rates reported on NALP, many offices just lie and count their cold offers (aka you are no-offered but you can tell other potential employers that you got an offer) as offers.
