Jobs for LL.M., with non-US J.D.

What type of job can an LL.M. graduate do in a law firm if J.D. degree is from overseas? Please, advice! And, if you have anything specific, please let me know - I live in Los Angeles area, speak three languages, including Russian and Armenian. Thanks!
