Gift idea for office exchange

Biglaw office gift exchange. The gift could end up in anyone's hands, so ideally ideas that are gender neutral.
Budget is ~$20.

Gift cards make everyone happy. Everyone else will also probably do a gift card. If you want to go the extra mile do a gift card and some kind of baked good.

Some thing for the desk would be cool if I was the recipient. Not the safest route though, since you're kind of obligating them to put it up whether or not they like it.
