What was the exact wording on the law school application?

Did you disclose all of these educational institutions to LSAC? Did they use them to calculate your LSAC GPA? If not, would your LSAC GPA with the first educational institution's grades included be lower or higher than the GPA reported by LSAC to your law school?

I'm not a C&F expert or anything, but my first thought is: this looks like you tried to get out of reporting lower grades to LSAC by lying. That's a huge huge problem. If your first educational institution grades were just as good or better as your more recent grads, and/or you disclosed to LSAC but not on the application itself (because the wording was ambiguous, ideally), your excuse looks more plausible.

The wording was basically "list all educational institutions attended".

I think the grades were about the same, I wasnt trying to hide anything I just didnt think I needed to pull up transcripts from a school that I had attended 12 years ago that didnt have any credits counted towards a degree, if anything laziness was the culprit.

I'm assuming you also failed to disclose your three semesters of attendance to LSAC when you applied to law school.

This is not a "kinda" C&F issue. Your failure to disclose three semesters of undergraduate attendance strikes me as fairly significant. I'd consult with a C&F lawyer about how to handle.

Huh? This isn't about whether a particular school "counts" your past courses; it's about responding fully and truthfully in response to questions on applications. If an application (LSAC, law school, whatever) asked you to list all educational institutions attended, you should have listed all educational institutions you attended. It's improper to unilaterally decide what's relevant based on your own notions about what should matter. If you can't figure out why that is so, you're going to have trouble in the event that have to appear before the board of examiners to explain yourself--which, in my state, would be a near certainty in your circumstances.

I dont want to argue, but listing "ALL" educational institutions requires some interpretation, such as did you list the middle school you attended? the pre - school you attended? The SAT course? The LSAT course, etc.

I've never seen an app that asked for "all" without r qualifier of undergraduate and post-undergraduate and maybe a specific addition for high school. Let's not overdo it

I just re-checked the application and it said " List ALL educational institutions" verbatim.

Okay well I stand corrected. You'll just need to contact a c and f attorney obviously. There's nothing we can do here to give you assurances

That can't be all it said. I mean, didn't the question ask for the institutions you "attended" or something? What's the full prompt?

Whatever that suggests about (say) high school and middle school, it doesn’t suggest any reason to distinguish between different undergrad institutions.
