I'm a soon-to-be 4th year litigation associate in the DC satellite office of a V50 firm. I'm scoping out lateral opportunities. What are some good firms to consider? Ultimately, I'd like to make partner somewhere in DC, and I don't particularly care whether it's biglaw, midlaw, boutique, etc.

hard to tell without knowing your stats. the only really insightful information i've gotten is from friends on the inside of the various firms. do you have a specialty within lit? do you have a recruiter?

OP here. HYS grad who did a COA clerkship. I've been to trial, briefed several appeals, briefed motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, Daubert motions, white collar sentencing submissions, etc.
I don't have a specialty, and I don't have a recruiter. I am leery of using a recruiter.
