This. And nothing makes the god partners angrier than some 1st year wanting to switch to a group that is not making them money. Give the 2nd group a chance but also keep an eye for lateraling. The whole thing feels like a bait and switch since I wouldn't have accepted the offer into this group when offers initially went out because I had other options. Obviously I don't anymore.
