I struck out from callbacks last week (around median at MVP) and recently hopped aboard the mass mail train. Obviously this is a position most of us never thought we'd be in, but I'm trying to keep at it and stay positive.

Has anyone had success lining up a 2L SA after OCI this year? If so, would love to hear your story. General advice also appreciated, though the stickied posts have covered a lot.

Keep your head up and just keep massmailing. I know smaller firms are posted all over our symplicity and there could positions open up not that we're about a month past OCI and offers should be expiring.
