Top Law Schools

Hi all,

I'm down to two firms I'm choosing between -- Winston and Goodwin (both NYC). I really liked both and I'm having a very difficult time deciding. Does anyone know anything about these firms and which is better? Or does anyone know anything good/bad about them? I probably will want to do lit in the end if that helps. Any information is helpful.

Winston has a recent history of no-offers and staff and associate layoffs. I'd avoid.
