Received offers at these three firms and am primarily interested in transactional practice areas.

I know FF has a recognized strength in real estate, whereas Shearman and W&C have much more of an international presence. I'm wondering whether anyone has any insight to share.

Apparently, they're all "elite" for "Corporate/M&A" in the eyes of Chambers:

In terms of 2016 deal volume, White & Case and Shearman clearly surpass FF:

At NYU, FF is the least selective among the three.

The White & Case deal volume is misleading though, on the majority of deals they serve as legal advisers to the investment banks, not the principals (buyer or seller).
