So everything was going well. I gave my screener at OCI my proper resume and transcript.

Then pre callback, I uploaded my proper resume and transcript.

A day before callback, recruiting emailed me asking for a pdf of my resume. So I sent a pdf with resume only, and I decided why not to also send a pdf of my transcript as two files.

Little did I know, I accidentally sent my fall 1L transcript by mistake.

CB was yesterday. Should I do anything about it? Its possible the people interviewing me had my full year transcript due to what I uploaded to their career page and from OCI.

Do nothing. They probably ignored the fall transcript you sent in the email, since they didn't ask for it anyway. If for some reasons they think they don't have your full transcript, they will ask.
