Are these appropriate to ask post-offer? Or do they seem utterly inappropriate/ungrateful?

I know there is a list on ABL, but it's from 2014 and I have no idea how accurate it is.

Completely appropriate it's a part of your compensation/benefits, which should always be a part of the consideration of any offer for any kind of employment. Just be polite and professional and you're fine.

I'm sure this goes without saying, but reach out to the recruiting dep't with this sort of question - don't bother any of your interviewers (who probably won't know the answer anyway!).

But yes, IMO perfectly reasonable question.
