Dechert, Morgan, Duane, Drinker (Philly)

Offers at those four firms. Strong interest in corporate (M&A, capital markets, finance). I would appreciate any insight into the work of a corporate associate at those firms. How different are they in term of culture, hours, bonuses, and partner track?

Can I ask how long did it take for you to hear back from morgan? Is it the NY office?

Everyone I started with at Dechert would've given their right hand to switch to Morgan. Some lucky souls made the switch. Much of Dechert's corporate group was laid off (or is currently on their 3 months). Can't speak about the others but take any pffer over Dechert.
