Job Title: Summer Associate - 2L
Description: "...is accepting application materials from rising 2L candidates for our 2018 summer program."
Does this mean you'll be a rising 2L in the summer you complete it? Or does it mean you apply as a rising 2L right now?

Rising 2L means you'd graduate in 2019. Sorry.

It means that when you complete the summer associateship in August of 2018, you'll be a rising 3L. Right now, though, they are only taking applications from rising 2Ls -- the students who have already finished 1L year and are about to start the second year of law school in the coming weeks.
