Callback reimbursement- host firm?

I have callbacks everyday in NY starting next Monday to 29th (so 12 callbacks, minus weekends). Do I just book a hotel for those firms with my host firm? Is host firm the firm that first booked travel plans for me, including airplane tickets? NALP or the sheet only lists up to 4 or 5 fee sharing firms so I'm not sure how to go about this. I would also prefer that hotels be in diff locations since some firms are downtown and some are midtown.

Much appreciated. Thank you!

If I were you I'd do 3 host firms, one for each week. And the host firm should just be the Monday one of that week. You'll travel back on weekends so you won't want/be able to have the host firm be the same for the whole trip. Regarding the hotel location thing, I think you probably just suck it up for those not in midtown or whatever ... just get a hotel where more of the firms are and suck it up for the few located elsewhere

Thanks! So I don't want to travel back on the weekends because I'm going to couch crash at my friend's place. Would that be fine?

Of course. You're saving firms money by not having them pay for a train/flight to and from your home.
