I'm trying to decide which practice group to join at a DC firm. I like antitrust but want to consider exit options before committing to something narrow.
I know that government agencies (DOJ/FTC) are possibilities. Assuming 80% don't stay at law firms forever, where else are antitrust people going after firm life?
Also, if someone does 4-5 years of antitrust work at a firm, are they essentially committing to staying in DC for their career or would moving to other markets be pretty doable?
