Thoughts about adding primary journal to resume before beginning work on it

This is the move, right?
How do people go about describing it? Just include it in list of extracurricular activities?
Anon post because I'm at a school where journal hasn't publicly announced membership yet.

This is standard. Just don't add it before you're actually ON it. Employers will know what you do for a journal.

You're school doesn't have sample resumes? You can also ask your OCS about how people typically format it. If you're in the journal. As in, you've gotten the notification, then you add it, generally under "activities". But I guess it may depend.

Generally, it goes below GPA/Class rank but should have it's own line on the resume, listing the formal name of the Law Review and the volume you're contributing to. No description of duties necessary.
