SmithAmundsen Chicago office

Does anyone have an idea of what they pay in the chicago office or Chicagoland suburban offices? I assume not close to market, but they do have over 100 attorneys.

they were at ~80k-90k around 2014 (pre-180k biglaw moves). more negotiation room in starting salary and annual raises since there is no formal lockstep they operate under.
salary schedule is more compressed so it looks like this:
1st year 85k
2nd year 88k
3rd year 91 k
4th year 95k
5th year 100k
BUT quicker/less rigid on partner promotions if you have a book. and bonuses usually 10-20% of salary.
