Good site for lateral hires?
is there a good job aggregator site for lateral hires? Or do we have to just mass mail? Thinking lawcrossing, but hopefully better.

Indeed is actually pretty good and one of the places I have gotten most of my interviews from. Lawcrossings is, IMO, a nightmare.
